Privacy Policy

This policy applies to validity.financial and to the enquiries submitted through it. It does not cover systems operated on behalf of clients under a separate engagement, which are governed by the agreement for that engagement.

We collect only what you send us. When you request a briefing, the form asks for:

• Your name
• Your company
• Your role, if you choose to give it
• Your email address
• The decision horizon you select
• Any context you write in the free text field

We use what you submit to assess fit, to reply to your enquiry, and to prepare for a briefing. We do not use it to build a marketing list, and we do not sell or rent it.

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained while there is a live reason to keep them and are then deleted. Where an engagement follows, records are retained under the terms of that engagement and any applicable record-keeping obligations.

Enquiries are reviewed by Validity Financial personnel. We use third parties for email and hosting, which necessarily process the message in transit and at rest. We disclose information to anyone else only where we are required to by law.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will action the request.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be described rather than made quietly.
